Friendly staff, very good massage, relaxing room. Water and hot drinks supplied. Lovely spa and sauna.

Lovely day very good facilities only way it could have been better is if there was a swimming pool. Treatments were spot on (thanks to Grace and Selda). All the staff were lovely - welcoming and helpful. The afternoon tea just topped off the day.

Fairly small spa area, relaxation room was nice but pretty dark so made it difficult to read in there. The hot tub was boiling to begin with but once this was flagged to Reception they were great at checking back to make sure it was cooling down.
