The afternoon tea was gorgeous, however when the music started it was so loud I could barely hear the person sitting next to me.
Regarding the spa experience, there was too little to offer compared to the price paid and the massage therapist was kept talking to me instead of let me relax (for a 25-minute treatment that was too short as well). The facial was not worth it, nice products but it was simply a mask, nothing I can't do home alone. Overall I was disappointed.
The treatment was over 25 minutes late. I received an email to say my appointment had been rescheduled 40 minutes after my appointment was meant to start.
Spray tan is very patchy
Very overpriced for what you get,
Upgraded room but completely outdated,
Some facilities were damaged,
Sheets werent clean
Flies in the water at dinner which was reluctantly changed
Had a lovely facial from a Turkish lady. The manicure was more a file and paint. Unfortunately the water in the hot tub was so hot we could only sit in it for a minute or two. My friend and I enjoyed our experience.
We had afternoon tea too overlooking the river. That was delicious and good service.
