The Spa was very small, limited space and the changing room had an awful smell from the drains. The Spa was outside and it was raining heavily. The whole Spa needed a revamp and perhaps could be extended into the garden area between the Spa and hotel.
The Massage was perfect.
The afternoon tea was the best I have had and I have had many afternoon teas. The hotel’s location was perfect and would certainly visit again and book a window seat in advance.
I’m still seeking an update for my formal complaint which I’ve raised about the day. A huge hen party completely ruined the experience, my massage was disrupted by noise, the facilities were dirty people were throwing up in the toilets and I only got to use the sauna for 10mins as everything was taken up by the group. They were continually provided alcohol their experience was great at the detriment to all other customers around them.

Not a lot of space for all the people there. When we arrived there the Jacuzzi was full so we had to hang around until people left so felt a little awkward. I appreciate that you don't have loads of space to play with but it seemed there were a couple too many people in at once.
Small spa with limited facilities, treatment was lovely and lunch was amazing.
Had a lovely visit to the spa with my mum, it's a very small spa but the staff were lovely. The afternoon tea was one of the best I've had (and I've had a few!)
