The staff were very friendly, even called me when I was a couple of minutes late to check I wasn't lost - I was, a bit :) Masseuse was great, but apparently a temp, so hope their regular staff are just as good, will definitely be going back!
Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Small spa with limited facilities. Enjoyed my few hours of ‘Me time’
Really lovely massage . The relax room was nice as well as the treatment room .however I feel that the outside space for the sauna and jacuzzi was very cramped . I understand that there isn’t a lot of room there but it just seems that it’s been put there to keep up with nearby hotels in the area . I wasn’t encouraged at all to use the outside area sadly
Great value for money and really nice facilities. My massage was nice but the therapist doing it was very petit and couldn’t quite do my back or shoulder massage firm enough. My partners massage was also 40mins late and when going for afternoon tea the service was quite slow. For the price with a discounted voucher I really can’t complain - however, if paying full price I’d be slightly disappointed
