Everything was lovely. Only comments are that towels could be bigger and changing room needs better hair dryers.
Both massage and facial were perfect and really relaxing. I felt fantastic afterwards.
Staff were all really pleasant and you felt looked after, liked the option of Choosing the firmness of your massage felt very relaxed after, the afternoon tea was excellent and staff were lovely, will defiantly come back
Very relaxing and enjoyable. High tea looking out over the Thames made a nice end to the day.
We had the mini indulgence spa day and everything was perfect. The staff were lovely, facilities clean, massage just right. The lunch was delicious! We'll definitely be back!
