Very nice day out...afternoon tea very good....spa staff and restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful. Only disappointment was that there was no pool or even a plunge pool...
The hotel is in a very busy area but once you get in, it's nice and quite and a great ambience. Great value for money as well and the staff is amazing
My therapist was excellent, she found and focused on my problems with my back straight away. I only wished I had booked an hour.
This was part of a Travelzoo deal and so was good value for money. Our main concerns were a lack of a private changing area in the changing room, so the toilets had to be used for changing. Staff had to secure the lockers rather than clients being given a fob. We felt we had to prompt for information about what would happen, where and when rather than being told. There was no pool available, but the jacuzzi was nice. Our treatments were very good.
