The massage was really good. So was the hot jacuzzi. The afternoon tea was superb. One thing I didn’t like was that I received about 9 text reminders for my appointment and maybe half a dozen email reminders. This felt like harassment. It was over the top.
We had a really lovely time here. The location is great, as we could have a wander round Windsor. The staff were friendly. The spa facilities aren't 5-star but they are good enough to have a nice relaxing day - and the cost was a bargain. There's a little sauna and an outside jacuzzi - I was really unsure about that but it worked perfectly, as your whole body was toasty but your face was nice and cool. We loved it. There was a fairly basic relaxation room - but saying that, it had recliners and cosy fleece blankets and was good enough for us. The whole place was quite quiet. The massage was really nice. All in all, definitely recommend.
Very pleasant young Turkish lady. I could've done with a longer session. Didn't use the spa facilities apart from a massage.
Great service nice helpful staff. Great treatment. Just a shame there was no swimming pool.
Staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent massage. I left feeling calm and relaxed.
