Air conditioning was way too cold and blowing directly onto me. Therapist could change the setting without leaving the room and going down to reception
Best massage have had in a long time. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Great food - had breakfast and afternoon tea. Spa OK but Relaxation room very small.
When I was looking for a good spa to take my mum for her birthday, this spa met all the criteria. I really enjoyed the massage, it was very relaxing

I was disgusted with my Luxury Pedicure did not even touch my hard skin, my friend who I was with told the manager and was told we should of told the therapist to do the hard skin, so in other words we should tell the therapist how to do her job.
