My back, shoulder & neck massage was really good the therapist (Casey) took the time to ask me where I wanted her to concentrate on. & my facial was lush again Casey gave me advice on my skin routine. Very happy.

My treatments were very good, the therapists were polite and professional.
However the hospitality at the Spa itself was somewhat disappointing. upon arrival I was given a medical card to complete and left in the waiting area, and also given a dressing gown. I had to go and ask at reception where to change. I then had to go back again to ask how the lockers worked, was given a card. Was not shown where the relaxation room was, again had to go and ask. The outdoor jacuzzi was covered over, no one explained whether I could use it, After my treatments, again I had to ask about the pre booked afternoon tea. It was not made clear before the day that the tea was to be taken in the main hotel restaurant. I was very underdressed for a 5* hotel restaurant. However the tea, the restaurant and the staff there were excellent!!! Afternoon tea def recommended!!
If the hospitality in the spa was a little more informative I would have given 5* all round.
