The room was just too cold to relax for my massage, I had cold feet for the whole hour. I asked for the air con to be turned off and this was done but the room never reached a comfortable temperature. The massage was lovely but I just wanted the hour to go so I could get dressed and get warmed up, sorry but was disappointed.

Great relaxing session and all round welcoming environment, both setting and staff. Great medicine for the soul. Will ensure I come back more regularly

The facilities were really not very relaxing,
No real place to relax before or after treatment.
Very basic room for treatment plus spot lights on during treatment!
Having said that the massage was good but will not return.... when spending a good amount on treatments you would expect more luxury, unfortunately for this hotel it doesn’t provide value for money .

The treatment room was cold and they were not able to warm it up. The facilities were not very good and the spa was freezing. Not great I am afraid.
