Everything was perfect just the relaxation room was cold so that's where I have put less stars.other than that we had a lovely day and would definitely book again.
Great visit overall. Lovely location, staff were helpful. Would visit again.

The massage was not the best one I have had - just little things like putting a warm flannel over my eyes when you turned me over. Also no neck massage?
I had a bad start when it took two calls and a couple of emails to book in the treatments and get the payment link sent through . We were greeted by a very moody receptionist who clearly was displeased that we popped in before our treatment to look around and change my other half’s massage type (I booked it as a surprise but he wanted to change it). We were given the forms to fill in our details and asked if wanted robes for using the facilities but she didn’t show us where what it until we asked. I have to say the facilities are not what we expected. The toilet cubicle had obviously something fixed recently maybe - one corner was all plastered but not repainted. Very unsightly. Having to go outside to get to the jaccuzi and sauna is not great when it’s +4C outside , drizzling and windy . That’s where the facilities ended. I had an appointment booked for my other half and I asked if they possibly have a slot available at the same time at 10:45 for me to have treatment as well as I know they had it available before. She said she’s check with the therapist but never came back to me. Another therapist then came out and asked me to come for a treatment and I had to explain that it wasn’t my appointment but my other half’s . They left and returned really quickly . It was meant to be 30 min appointment but only lasted at best 15 min. He said it wasn’t great as he just had a load of moisturers and oils applied. We went for another appointment then together and the therapist asked if I had any allergies which I already put on the form. She asked if I wanted her to concentrate on anything particular during massage. I suggested a knot on my back. But she never did , it was just an overall back massage . When we left I returned the towel and robe to the reception which I put on top of laundry bin which was already overflowing with towels. She then stated she will put the charges on the room. But I already had paid for two treatments which she missed . One thing after another. Not relaxing at all. Very sad as we were really looking forward to it.
Disappointing - not full. Body if they don’t touch your neck right?
