The buffet of the breakfast could be improved. It takes a long time to have one's coffy or one' cup of tea and the extra bed was very uncomfortable. The stuff is very professionnal.

Selda delivered a very good massage . I had to ask for a cushion under my knees though when it is usually offered. The spa facilities were smaller than I imagined and the shower and changing area a little tatty, as were the towels provided!

Upon arrival I was told that my appointment had been cancelled, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful saying there was nothing they could do. Only after explaining that I had driven up from London, it was my birthday and I had two little girls waiting to join me for a celebratory lunch did they manage to ‘fit me in’. I had booked a back and neck massage but the therapist started to do a facial. When I left there was no apology just a curt ‘we’re glad we could accommodate you’.

Lovely facilities, gym, sauna and outdoor jacuzzi.
Unfortunately a disappointing massage which was not with the masseur we had personally booked and had been confirmed.
