The spa was basically just a hot tub and a sauna - the wall jets of the hot tub did not work, maintenance was called but they did not even know that they were jets to blow out air - they had no mAnual and no knowledge of how to operate the tub. The massage was good and good vAlue for money. We expected a better relaxation area, there were only a few loungers and a very noisy air con was on, although it was a very cold day.

We were there celebrating our Pearl Wedding Anniversary and from the time we got there, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great staff, ambience and spa massage was perfect...thank you Sir Christopher Wren...

We both enjoyed our massages and the use of the spa facilities, especially the relaxation room and hot tub. However, the small size of the facilities and split use between hotel guests and members is a downside.
