Very unhappy with the service and the customer service we received.
Wasn’t shown around, was just where the spa was...
the hot tub was cold, the relaxation room was dirty no clean cups, the only good bit was the massages.
Would not be recommending.
There was a total of 7 lockers working all the rest had notes saying out of order.
Not happy. It was like feather strokes, not a massage. For such a prestigious spa I was really expecting more and left very disappointed.
It was really cold in the treatment room. Massage was ‘floppy’ and something my girlfriend could have done. Facilities are extremely outdated. Not impressed at all and won’t be back.
Mercedes was wonderful. She was professional and happy. She gave me a beautifully relaxing massage and facial. Thank you :)
