Apart from the reception staff who wasn't very welcoming and offered me water instead of a hot drink especially as I was early was very disheartening However the venue and massage were out of this world

Great customer service. Small things like frayed and worn towels in treatment room, no face covering and massage ending 10 minutes early, make this a 3 star experience.
