Bad experience, had hot stone treatment which was not nice, therapist did not spk or ask if I had one before, stones to hot, left feeling stressed & felt burned!

That was the best facial i have ever had - and I have had a few! It featured the longest and most heavenly facial massage I have ever had. Will definitely come again.

I had an appointment that lasted just over an hour. The seating was open and off the corridor and reception - not very private or pleasant.
What was worse was the chap in the are behind me who was on the phone the whole time, using the place as an office , speaking loudly about his tax and marriage issues! The therapist said that he was always there and always using the place as his office . I felt so sorry for the ladies who had arrived for a day spa - in gowns - next to him. Appalling.

I had a lovely hot stone massage - perfect to relax and unwind on a cold winter day.
