Pretty sure (not even subtracting transition time) i received 45 minutes only for a 60 minute massage. Started late (by 15 minutes) and ended on time. Waited in the lobby, as instructed but no therapist came so i inquired (twice). Session felt short, so i checked the clock after the appointment. Not worth complaining about at the time. Just won't return

Receptionist was lovely, the lady I had for the treatment was lovely, only problem I had was the facilities, it was abit small but it couldn't of been helped, i thought all the rooms were too cold for that time of year being winter, this includes theropy rooms and relaxation room so I was looking forward to jumping into the sauna! I then went for my cream tea experience, and I have to say i was not impressed by the staff. They gave everyone apart from me upper class service and wasn't worth 25£ becauseoftha

My mum and I had a spa day with afternoon tea. The spa is lovely, quite small so easy to move around. Our treatments were brilliant and all staff were friendly and approachable. We were sat with a river view for afternoon tea, which was delicious. It’s a lovely hotel and location, perfect for a treat day.
