The massage was amazing. The spa was quite quiet on the day we went so my husband spend most of his time in the hot tub and with waiter service was very happy to wait for me whilst I enjoyed my treatment.

I booked a hot stones 1 hr. full body massage well in advance and I planned my day around it. Instead, I got a 20 min back massage. I was phoned 45 min before my appointment saying that staff was sick so they could not get it. They even wanted to change my appointment earlier as they were short of staff. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to receive my treatment as a birthday present. Poor organization.

Booked a spa afternoon with best friend . A member of staff was ill so could only have one massage , so my friend had to sit around and wait for me .
Spa facilities were very limited and relaxing room had very uncomfortable chairs , won’t be coming back

Esperaba mucho mas de este sitio viendo sus precios y supuestas valoraciones. La mujer que me atendio fue la peor que me he cruzado nunca. Primero me hizo una manicura de gel, HORRIBLE. Se le caian las cosas todo el rato, me hacia muchisimo daño con su palito de madera intentando borrar todo el esmalte que se le salia por fuera de las uñas, y no me retiró ni la cuticula ni los padrastros ni nada de nada. Ademas una persona super desagradable, no me dirigio la palabra en una hora.
