Very friendly spa. Great outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. Treatments were relaxing and enjoyable. Showers could do do be upgraded to match the standards elsewhere. Overall very good.

We visited the spa as part of our stay at the hotel, and had a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was the highlight!

Hi, a mix up at the beginning with treatment starting based on 55 minutes package instead of the 3 hours. Also, called a week in advance and a day before where it was confirmed that the inclusive lunch reservation was made for 5pm but it was not. We should had made a formal complaint and asked for a refund.
