So I went for a consultation with the manager and he said what I wanted was achievable When I went for my appointment roya who was very nice btw said it wouldn’t the manager was working next to us and gave her opinion and came across rude I was disappointed that I was told one thing and at the appointment Iv ended up with my hair just changed to one colour when I wanted a balayage Overall I don’t hate the result it’s just not what I wanted
