I was very disappointed with my balayage. The colour I requested was simple, but it couldn’t be achieved initially, and although another toner was used, the result was still not what I asked for. The balayage also doesn’t look natural or professionally painted. Some pieces, especially at the front and sides, are uneven and poorly blended. I was honestly shocked but left pretending I was happy as so much time had already been spent. I now need to redo the balayage elsewhere.
