1. Hairdresser was half hour late. 10am, left at 2pm.
2. Requested a balayage, received highlights
3. Requested a whispy fringe, received a full fringe
4. Requested darker blonde-gingery colour, recieved bright blonde hair
5. To "fix" it, she put on toner for like 10 minutes which has resulted in me having 3 to 4 random strands of orange hair
6. She only mentions after everything, that the toner would have cost me -- this was not mentioned at all during the whole appointment and I had pre-paid
