My previous experience with WS studios has been better befor.Last one left me thinking if I want to come back at all. The person who was colouring my hair kept going to the computer at the desk to deal with clients and their enquiries very frequently and it took a long time whilst my hair was being coloured. I thought this is my appointment and my time to feel pampered and attended to and I shouldn’t be made to wait. This annoyed me and made me think if I would want to come back at all.

I am more than delighted with my experience at WSStudios this morning. Adam highlighted my very short fine hair and took extra care to ensure that I was 100% happy with his work. I felt very welcome and comfortable there and was given advice on aftercare, and products to try. I had a delicious coffee and thoroughly enjoyed the whole appointment. I highly recommend this establishment and especially Adam.

A great experience at the salon despite them being understaffed. I’m really happy with my new colour, and a big thank you to Matt for being so welcoming, caring, and clearly very talented and experienced. I gave the salon a call later in the week as I had some concerns about the colour being a little lighter than expected, and he was very reassuring and talked me through potential corrective steps once the colour settles if needed. Thank you again!
