Had a haircut with Marco who was great, I'm terrible at explaining what I want but he managed to understand me and talk me through the steps I would need to get there. Now I have a more natural-looking colour without just resorting to my 'half head/full head' highlights routine which wasn't getting me the results I wanted. Magic!
