After, unsuccessfully, dying my hair at home my root was noticeably different than the rest of the hair. I didn’t want to dye my hair completely so I’ve only had a root retouch. Paul managed to balance perfectly the colours, leaving me with a beautiful natural auburn hair. Definitely coming back!

I found my hairdresser rude she kept rolling her eyes at me. My appointment was at 5 she left me in the chair waiting for an hour till she started. Very rough colouring my hair. It’s a shame as I’ve been coming here since it opened and it’s not the same anymore
