Jack talked me through the process of getting a balayage done in detail and what he was going to do every stage. I loved the end result and it was exactly what I had asked for! Would highly recommend.

Receptionist very friendly and really looked aftet me.
However, Walter, who did my balayage was quite rude and left tint all over my face, neck and ears. He told me "if you want results you need to suffer like everyone else". Now I understand why everyone seemed to go there just for tbe blow dry!!
The results were amazing but left with a headache and covered with tint stains...hence why I am giving it 3 stars. I expect better from such an expensive salon, specially as I got better tint for £50 at another salon, without the tint stains!!
