Disaster. I booked an appointment with Walter. When I arrived he wasn’t there and my appointment was with this pushy lady instead.
It wanted a root touch up. I had nice warm highlights, and was happy with them. Without explaining much, she put darker hair dye all over my already dyed and highlighted hair. Now my hair is darkish dirty colour with a green tinge. I didn’t ask for this and it looks horrible. She couldn’t do a blow dry either. Blamed my hair, gave up and put my hair up.
