Not only has this been the best haircut I have had in years (and trust me, I am as picky as it gets) Walter also is extremly lovely. Won't go anywhere else in London anymore.

Showed them a picture of what i wanted of a blonde baylage, they said it would be a long process but achievable. After a wash was nothing like I had asked for. They then charged me £48 on top of what I had paid for treatwell for their own mistakes as well as making me feel awkward for saying it wasn't what I asked for. The only reason I paid was to get out. Worse hairdressing experience I have ever had.
