Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry
Hard to rate this one. Gorgeous salon and the staff are absolutely lovely but quite a few things that bothered me. 30 mins behind for my appointment, minimal apologies. Colour was divine, but up sold a hair treatment I didn't know was going to be £30 extra. Cut was poor, pretty lob sided and worst blow dry I have ever had in my life. The staff were so sweet and I really like the salon, but difficult to review this as it was so inconsistent. Don't think I got the full treatment because I wasn't one of their celeb clients.

Great experience. Had my highlights done with Jack and he knows how to do blonde! Absolutely love the colour and I won't be letting anyone else near my hair again! Nice ambience and a pretty salon. Would highly recommend!!
