Not thrilled. Booked with someone who has cut my hair prior and I know does a great job - and when I arrived, I noticed he wasn’t there - the salon didn’t give the courtesy of calling me to tell me he wasn’t there to cut. Disappointing. But I needed a cut so I figured I’d say exactly what I wanted - and go from there...
The new person was very nice, but I advised I wanted to keep the length and wasn’t a fan of layers. I left with chopped into hair, short, and when I came home to style it this morning - there are parts where well over a finger-length was taken off. I don’t understand??!! Was far too scissor happy. :( Loved my previous person - but after this, I won’t be back. Time to start re-growing my not great short hair again! Frustrating.

Had a great experience. Paul was very attentive despite having to many customers to manage at the same time. He was friendly, listened to what I wanted and I am really pleased with my cut and dye.
