Hair Colouring
I don't want to give it a poor rating because the staff is so friendly but unfortunately the service just wasn't very good. I had to wait 45minutes to even get put in a chair, I was promised Olaplex for free as an apology (didn't happen), and that two stylists would work on my blow dry so I could get out of there on time (didn't happen). I ended up being in the salon for 4.5hours because of the hairdresser navigating between me and another client. The hairdressers are good but the salon is just badly organised.
