Absolutely loved the colour I got but I did not get the cut and blow I expected. it said it would take max 3 hours with two treatments. but on the 5th hour I was only just getting my 2nd treatment in and had not seen color or gotten a cut etc. I had to skip the last steps becuase I had a birthday thing I needed to go to and I was already 2 hours late.
Not sure if this experience is a reflection on Treatwell or WS studios - but 10 minutes before my appointment was due to take place I received a phone call from a female employee who said they could no longer accommodate me. No real apology or offer of compensation - just telling me they couldn’t fit me in. I thought it was appalling service with such short notice. In the end Pascal managed to fit me in - and he did a good job. But the way in which it was initially handled was awful.
