The appointment started an hour late due to Paul not being completely happy with his clients colour, so I absolutely didn't mind! The staff were all so accommodating and lovely. Virginia did my colour which turned out absolutely brilliant and then Paul finished my cut, even after the salon closed! Absolutely love my hair and will be back! Thanks all xx
