Alex did a great job on my hair, as usual! Loved the colour, cut and finished it off with a great blow dry that lasted for days. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done.

I am pleased with my cut and colour however, I wasn’t that impressed with the level of service that I received. I was finally offered a drink about 40 minutes into my appointment (although I was at no point offered any magazines or anything to read) and after I’d declined to pay an additional £50 for a treatment, my stylist made some comments that I felt were quite judgemental and patronising.
This made me feel a bit uncomfortable and put a negative spin on my experience as I was really looking forward to having an indulgent and uplifting pamper session.
I also was a bit surprised that I had to pay an additional £30 for the toner which wasn’t mentioned when I booked and really think it should be incorporated into the overall cost of the service.
This overall experience would make me very reluctant to return again.
