The staff is super nice and I really like the place. But the balayage treatment is something I won’t be trying again.. It honestly didn’t change me color at all. I have blonde hair and wanted it more blonde as it gets quite dark during the winter. Liked the haircut though!

Not thrilled. Booked with someone who has cut my hair prior and I know does a great job - and when I arrived, I noticed he wasn’t there - the salon didn’t give the courtesy of calling me to tell me he wasn’t there to cut. Disappointing. But I needed a cut so I figured I’d say exactly what I wanted - and go from there...
The new person was very nice, but I advised I wanted to keep the length and wasn’t a fan of layers. I left with chopped into hair, short, and when I came home to style it this morning - there are parts where well over a finger-length was taken off. I don’t understand??!! Was far too scissor happy. :( Loved my previous person - but after this, I won’t be back. Time to start re-growing my not great short hair again! Frustrating.
