Although the experience took ages (4h30 hours) I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! The balayage is exactly what I wanted and the woman really took the time to understand what I wanted and didn’t hesitate to ask questions to properly make sure she knew what I wanted. The cut was also amazing!!

Disappointed to find out that the person I had chosen to have the treatment with was no longer working for this studio. Didn't like the fact that I wasn't given advance notice.Made the booking through the TW site and that hairstylist's name was still there long after he had heft.
Virginia took good care of my colour & she was very patient with my requests. In terms of my haircut though, I felt that the special needs of my hair weren't taken into account (curly hair).Ended up with a flat outcome
