Adrian did an amazing job at colouring my hair. Thank you my hair looks stunning. Only problem that left me disappointed was that I got a bill of £120+ when I already paid £100+ on Treatwell for highlights and a blow dry. I don’t mind paying extra that’s no problem but it’d be nice to know beforehand about the extra charges and not be left in mystery. The most upsetting part was when the owner asked me if I got told about the extra charges I said nobody told me and when he asked the manager directly she claimed she told me at the start about the extra charges which was not true. I understand she would probably get into trouble because the owner was there but why lie and put their clients into a very uncomfortable position. Never will I be coming back, this situation really put me off. Advise for clients please ask beforehand about any extra charges if you don’t want to be left in for a surprise.
