This was the third time that Walter has done my hair and he works his magic every single time! I wanted something different and lighter for summer and he made my hair dreams come true. I could never trust anyone else to touch my hair now. Love the salon, all the staff are wonderful and so friendly. My balayage just looks better and better each time!

I have been to WS studios before, and this was my second visit. The lady who did my balayage was lovely but that’s all I can say that’s positive from my experience. I spent 4 hours here. The first result, was really badly curled hair, the curls was practically rigid. I asked if there was anything to smooth out my hair because of this, and they put in my hair so much oil it looked like my hair hadn’t been washed for weeks. The balayage itself was much more ‘orange’ then what I asked for as well. They asked me what I thought of my hair and I said I didn’t like it. They replied with saying that my hair looks really nice but in fact they must have known it looked bad. Not any hairdresser would have thought that my hair was nice at this stage. They washed it again to rectify what they could but it was far from what I wanted. They gave me the toner for free and a cleansing oil to take out the toner that they did for me and that was it. Any other hairdresser would have offered to dye my hair again complimentary next time I go back, so that I can get the hair that I wanted. I payed £143 for this treatment and I personally believe that it was not worth that amount of money.
