Walter is attentive and the haircut is enjoyable. Had a slight mis-communication with the colour, but Walter spent time and was happy to rectify the hair, so that I am very happy with it now!

I got balayage with hot scissors cut and blow dry. I was disappointed with the colour I am a dark brunette and emphasised I don't want it bleached too much because I just wanted 2 shades lighter effect. It was very bleached and the highlights looked very patchy and unnatural in some areas. I appreciate my hair is hard to managage. He spent 5-10 minutes on the cut (my hair is so hard to manage that hairdressers usually spend 45 just cutting it). I had split ends still when I left. And finally the blow dry was very average, I achieve te same effect every morning where I spend 15 minutes blow drying it. Maybe my expectations were very high given the other reviews. Perhaps it has everything to do with my dofficult hair, but I was very disappointed.

I'm really happy with my treatment, I really like the way that Walter cut my curly hair & also the color is exactly what I was looking for.. The blow dry wasn't up to my expectations but I'm really happy with the overall experience that I will defendly go back and I have already recommend him to my friends.

I had my roots re-touch done and was worried about achieving nice colour. It came out very nice, pleased with the effect!
