Amazing first experience at this Salon, I went for the VIP Balayage and wasn’t disappointed. Walter was fantastic from start to finish, professional, friendly and expertly matched the colour I was looking for to my skin tone! The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. A long time was spent on my balayage but when it came to my haircut I felt rushed. I wasn’t really asked what I wanted before we started and when my colour was done I was told “you just want a trim, right?” This was ok as I’d been in there for hours but I did want something a bit different initially. Also I wasn’t given the hot scissor cut although that was in the package I paid for.
Remember you get charged for toner on top of the package
