I am really pleased with the colour of my balayage, however, I am glad that I brought a photo as my hairdresser did not speak english well and generally didn't understand what I was saying. She also wasn't aware that I had booked a cut as well so this was a rushed job at the end as her next customer had already arrived. I had asked to change my parting and fringe but this was not understood unfortunately. Overall she is very good at what she does but, especially at this price, I would like to feel reassured that I can communicate what I want. The other staff in the salon were chatty and advised clients on what would suit them best but that wasn't my experience this time.
