Alex was so fun and lovely - he very quickly got a sense of what I wanted and got to work. Really appreciated his passion for his job you can really tell he loves it. He was totally upfront about the additional cost for a toner and was not pushy at all about me getting it or not. Quite happy overall and it’s great value for London!
