My first visit and I wasn't disappointed. I chose the salon after reading all the other reviews. Walter was so good at listening to what I felt I wanted and then going and making my hair look amazing. My hair looks lovely and is better than I could have though. everyone in the salon is so friendly too. I would definitely recommend and will 100% be coming back.

Unfortunately I didn't feel like I had a personalised experience, especially with the amount of money charged (including discount). Because the staff were all in a rush I was passed between employers and refused a haircut at first. Not long after another staff member said it would be fine (without telling me I would have to pay £55 extra for a trim). I had balayage done before and I was just in need of a top up. Despite my request to keep it ashy and cool, the colour has come out rather yellow (I have blonde hair already so this should not be a problem normally) as I don't feel the colour was left on for long enough. I would love feedback on this experience/if it could be justified. Going to use a lot of toner for the next wee while! Apart from that, I love the aesthetic and cleanliness of the place.

Marks down for value for money - I was asked if I wanted my hair blow dryed or blasted and wasn't told the blow dry was extra. I thought the already expensive cost of the treatment must have covered it so had to pay up an extra 35 pounds. If you don't mind paying the cash for a great colour and lovely staff I definitely recommend.
