I am so so happy with my hair! My hair was done by the creative director (sadly I don’t know how to spell his name and I don’t want to get it wrong) but I just showed him one picture of a balayage bob and he knew what to do! The balayage highlights came out very well and my stylist explained the entire process to me - although it was an extremely long process, the results are worth it. The blow dry and styling at the end made my hair look so ready for a night out too.
Prices may be a bit steep when you factor in the toner and Olaplex treatment (although I was glad I got this done to protect my hair).
