Highly disappointed with the colour treatment; this was my worst Root Colour ever!!
I don't enjoy writing bad reviews but I'd hate anyone else to have a similar experience.
Colour applied far too dark and I now have a highly visible difference in colour between my roots and the rest of my hair.
To give credit to the manager he did try to soften the colour and gave a free good blow dry - but the chemicals used in the attempt to correct really burnt on my head and irritated my scalp ....and actually - it's made no difference to soften the colour.
Not a good experience.

Staff is young, friendly and welcoming. I had a simple layered haircut and blow dry and it took just 20minutes. Good job and fast but for that speed, the cost is still too high (£60). Have not tested further services. For cut and blowdry I would recommend if you are in a rush and don't mind the spending.
