The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. A long time was spent on my balayage but when it came to my haircut I felt rushed. I wasn’t really asked what I wanted before we started and when my colour was done I was told “you just want a trim, right?” This was ok as I’d been in there for hours but I did want something a bit different initially. Also I wasn’t given the hot scissor cut although that was in the package I paid for.
Remember you get charged for toner on top of the package

Booked and paid through Treatwell for a hair cut and Highlights. Everything went well until the manager insisted on adding 30 pounds to my bill,which he claimed was for a toner that was used without advising me that it was not included and never mentioned the price.I felt I was ripped off and that others should be advise of the practice.
