Sadly I did not have a good experience, I had booked for a full head of highlights, cut and blowdry. The stylist I had was very sweet but had only been in London for 3 weeks having moved over from Italy and her English was not brilliant. Therefore explaining what I wanted was a challenge. I pointed to colours in my hair that I did like and colours that I did not. I think she suggested balayage and I explained that I would rather go for traditional foil highlights done thinly to look natural as I had done previously. The next thing I knew my hair was all over the colour I specifically asked it not to be with very dark roots and the manager was telling me I owed more money as I had balayage (?!?) I am very disappointed with the colour. The cut is also not what I had asked for, again I think this was an issue with theme stylists understanding of my description.
