Alex and everyone there made me feel welcome from the start. I suffer from Severe Depression and Body Dysmorphia and this really affects how I judge my appearance, but Alex gave the perfect amount of encouragement to get me a bit more involved in deciding what to do with my hair.
I have very fine hair and the style he gave it lasted all evening at a gig. This was truly a first for me.
I will definitely be back, even though I live in SE London.

Alex was good about listening to what I wanted and giving suggestions. In the end it is almost what I was looking for but a tiny bit stripy/too obviously coloured. Likely this is partially my fault for trying to go too many shades lighter with the balayage. Overall pleased though and Alex takes his time and concentrates when doing your colour. The assistant who washed my hair was bit clumsy with the water and pulled my hair a bit.
