Asked for an ashy, white/grey blonde. It looked good until they used a ‘new’ toner on me that toned my hair yellow. When I complained about it, they told me it was just the lighting that made my hair appear yellow. It wasn’t. I paid £175 for something I could have done myself at home. They took a picture for their Instagram afterwards using a strong white light which conveniently made my hair look the way I wanted it to.
