The treatment itself was good but the salon was pretty disingenuous about pricing - they encouraged me to book in without using Treatwell but said that when I, on the day, asked for another treatment which I hadn’t booked through Treatwell, I still needed to pay an additional £5 not disclosed on their price list because I was a Treatwell customer. That felt misleading and left a poor taste in my mouth.
