The ladies are really lovely but the lashes were absolutley terrible.
The eyelash application was painful and because the therapist was using too much glue she was using the metal tweezers to drag through my lashes.
Way too much glue was used, I could see clumps of glue on my natural lashes and because of the clumps of glue on my own lashes they were really itchy and painful when growing out. They were also so long, I looked like a drag and had to trim them myself.
I was told not to wash my lashes which is wrong (Bacteria, Blepharitis?!)
After I had them removed I have patches of my own lashes missing. They are weak and some are short, ripped and damaged.
Needless to say I won't be returning!
Eyelash Extensions
It was my first time doing eyelash extension, so I was quite nervous. But the girls were literally amazing! They made me feel comfortable. The shop itself is great, I love the style of it! When you come in you can't be amazed by the little details. The "care for the customer" that both the girls give is unbelievable: they offer you something to drink and magazines while you wait for your appointment. I booked the classic full set, but when she looked at me, she added some extra lashes giving me good and useful information about the after care. The treatment itself was really nice and relaxing (I even fell asleep). Overall, it was a really good experience, and I will definitely go back to these two wonderful ladies. Xx thank you
I came here for eyelash extensions and absolutely loved them. They were so welcoming, listened to the kind of style I like and created exactly what I wanted perfectly. The atmosphere is really relaxing and comfortable and the salon itself is lovely too. I've been to other salons that were more expensive, uncomfortable and took much longer to do and this service was quicker, no discomfort, better quality and lasted much longer. I've never been to the same salon twice for eyelash extensions but I have already booked a second appointment here.
