I got my eyebrows laminated recently, they left the chemical in for an hour and my eyebrows are falling out. I saw another beautician after who was shocked by how overworked my brows were.They used to be thick and bushy- I just got lamination for control but now I only have half eyebrows :( when I messaged them about it and called them to find out what to do they’ve ignored all of my messages completely. Not even an apolog or advice, let alone a refund. Devastated- my brows look horrendous.
