Usually the service is top class. I was not informed I would not be with the Beautian I would usually be with and had booked. The young lady who completed the service was good but did not do as good a job as my usual lady due to not knowing exactly how I had things done. I was even told that as I had fair hair in an area that it didn’t need taking off. Due time constraints- another lady had to come in and thread my eyebrows in the middle of my waxing, very unprofessional!I was also surprised to discover that one of the prices has gone up and there was not a new price list available in the salon or to take home
I booked for an underarm wax, the stylist was professional and the booking was really easy.
