Incredibly disappointed with my whole experience. I booked on the day (about 1.5 hrs before treatment time) via Treatwell . Turned up to see a notice on the door ‘in treatment’ call a number. Went through to different office, girl told me to ‘keep knocking on the door’, if no answer I should be seen too in 20 mins.. it was 30 minutes before she came to the door, it was raining and not on a pleasant street to wait on. Usually I would’ve left but needed the treatment doing. Then the eyebrow threading was poor and completely messed up my brows. Upper lip was fine. I’m very disappointed and had I not pre-paid I would’ve not been keen to pay.

I arrived at the venue after booking to be told I didn’t have an appointment. I was then gratefully squeezed in after showing my confirmation email but treatment then felt rushed as other clients turned up
