I had an issue after booking through Treatwell for 12:15 I got a phone call at 09:30 that morning to say that that slot was taken and could only have 11 or 3. Obviously this altered my plans for the day as I had expected to be there at 12:15.
The salon is clean and the staff were polite, I was happy with my face threading treatment. I feel the salon atmosphere could be improved as it is very basic.
Staff made you feel very comfortable amazing results from waxing would recommend
I'm not returning to this salon, they are so disorganised that this appointment and at least 2 other appointments have been cancelled last minute because they say either they are too busy (I've never seen this place busy I think the person threading just wants to go home earlier) or the person doing the threading only works 2 days a week (when they show availability all week on here). I've never received a refund for cancelled appointments I must be at least £15 out of pocket. The salon is shabby and I put up with it all for a while because the threading is ok and it's cheap but I'm so fed up with the service. Treatwell is supposed to make booking easy but this salon is more trouble than it's worth.

Very clean salon - staff were extremely friendly and polite. Made sure they did an excellent job for what I consider to be a low price for the services provided. Will definitely use again.
