My experience at X-it was like home away from home. I didn't want to leave! But only did I have a great treatment but such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere ..... I felt very comfortable.

Been going here for years and always felt so welcome. Moved away for 3 years and X-it was one of my first phone calls when I moved back to London recently, I have missed sugaring! I've tried a few other places over the years, closer to work, gym etc. to avoid a trip to central London but the difference was always clear.

I never write reviews for anything but I had to write one for Tracy. I walked in to see if I could get an appointment last minute as I was flying back to New York the next morning. I walked in as she was leaving for the day and she kindly offered to stay and do my Brazilian wax at the last minute. This was one of the best sugar waxing experiences I’ve ever had. Tracy was thorough and clearly has a ton of experience, the least painful wax I’ve ever had. Thank you so much Tracy, you are fantastic.
