When first coming in they were very friendly and welcoming and explained everything well. Tracy is a pro at what she does and always takes extra care to make you feel comfortable and keep the pain to a minimum. She’s is very thorough and you never feel rushed. The facilities are spotless too. Switching from waxing to sugaring has been a game changer & X-it specialise in it -would happily recommend to anyone.
