This was my first foray into waxing/sugaring and it couldn't have gone better! From the get-go, through the procedure and to the end, Tracy was exceptional! She was friendly and educational while maintaining a fast and precise pace (needed when waxing).
I was surprised that it didn't hurt as much as anticipated, thanks mainly to Tracy's technique and her engaging conversation, the final product was amazing, I couldn't be happier with appointment, well done X-it!
