Faultless experience from start to finish. As a first-timer getting intimate hair removal I wasn’t sure what to expect and was more than a little apprehensive. Gabby was wonderful. Her demeanour puts you right at ease and she keeps things relaxed, casual, and professional. Considering the nature of the treatment, the pain was surprisingly limited. I’ve had worse from just a back treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning.

I love coming to X-it! I’ve recently moved so it’s not as convenient a location for me anymore but I will always make the effort because the sugaring is so well done and Tracy makes the whole experience enjoyable.
