A friend told me about treatwell and among the different clinics suggested on the app Xclusive clinic was the closest to my area as I live in South West London.
I went for a Cryolipolysis to burn some extra fat and get ready for the summer.I was a bit scared about it in the beginning but Mariana explained everything to me step by step. I got some
bruises at the end and they remained for a few days but it was worth it.
On a finale note I was totally amazed my the staff professionalism, I loved the how the place looked and the way they took care of me. Def coming back for more treatment as I want to work on my cellulite now!
Monica welcomed me at the door and took me downstairs where I waited for my appointment. The environment was very clean and the staff was really friendly.
I came for Ultherapy hifu treatment with Mariana and I really liked the results. It was not the cheapest treatment but I must say that it was absolutely worth it. I definitely recommend it.
Really, really happy, 5 stars.
I have been a client for a year now and not thinking of leaving anytime soon. I do all my treatments with them as they are just brilliant, they really know what you need and how to get the best results, so I could not ask for more (also, prices are better than in so many places, what makes it even better).
In the past I was going to another clinic, but the service was poor, so I decided to try Xclusive Clinic to get rid of my stretch marks that were bothering me. The result? After a few sessions they were barely visible!
Really recommend this place.
Very disappointing. Firstly my appointment was changed from what I booked, which was ok as I had no other plans that day, but even when I arrived at the time they changed me to I still had to wait. I asked about my spider veins and I was told that Radio Frequency wouldn't help that, I explained that actually I had booked the "Foto Facial RF™ Skin Rejuvenation" specifically because it says it treats spiders veins. I was told what I had actually booked for was radio frequency, she blamed Treatwell for having the wrong description on the site, and said they don't actually offer the Foto Facial.. I was then told that the price I paid is too much for radio frequency treatment (no kidding since I paid for the Foto Facial!!) so I could have 2 radio frequency sessions instead. Since I had paid and was there I decided to give the radio frequency a go, but after the treatment was done, she conveniently "remembered" that her mother actually does offer the Foto Facial RF™ Skin Rejuvenation.. Very annoying.
