got a call cancelling my appointment minutes after booking, and was told I would get a call back. They never called, picked up the phone or replied to my text messages asking for an appointment. Completely waste of time and money. Why do you put a service up that you have no intention of doing ? I seriously do not understand why treatwell is not taking this advertise off their website. Mariana stop wasting people's time and money.

Changed my booking without asking, then when I rearranged everything else to fit around the new booking I got a text message saying they have cancelled on me because they took another client, even though I had paid! Now they won't refund me. Dodgy!
