A no frills establishment but a kind, knowledgeable,considerate place for holistic wellness according to TCM. The ‘deep tissue massage’ I found more effective than a traditional ‘kneading’. The therapist’s techniques both sensed where there was tension and also followed meridian lines, to address corresponding areas. It had a lasting, positive effect on my whole body. She gave tips on how to massage particular points myself, between appointments. Will definitely go back for regular treatments!
