No frills Centre but the treatment was amazing. I had a medical massage with acupuncture and I cannot believe the improvement in my back. I had pulled a muscle at the gym the day before. After the treatment there was some improvement, but over the next 24 hours my back kept feeling better and better. Never have I recovered from a similar injure so quickly. I was advised to come back for more treatment and have done so as I really think it made a huge difference.

I had reflexology of the feet and my therapist identified that my shoulders were really tight when she pressured my feet. So then she also gave me 10 min shoulder massage to open it up. I was very impressed with her knowledge and will come again!
