I've had a bad back for years from competing at international level at gymnastics. I decided to get a deep tissue massage last minute. Xenos was as good as all the reviews suggested, staff were lovely and the deep tissue massage was one of the best, and I do have a really bad bad back. I've booked for a full body massage next time hoping to release even more tension in my back.
The overall experience was so lovely! Definitely going back and recommend anyone to have a try x
