Too cold to be waxing anyone in a shop like that . Didn’t like the set up with gap in door. She didn’t know what treatments I booked then decided to rush stating how late she was for something else. Waxing technique very poor. I would have preferred she said I’ve never waxed black skin before or have little experience. Waxed areas was left patchy and incomplete after spending £150 would never return.

The Salon is fairly new, very clean and has been fitted out to a really high standard. A great massage chair as you have your pedicure! Overall great experience and great value for money. I wish them all the best.
